Millionaire Matchmaker's Patti Stanger Is Leaving Bravo

It has been a summer of new beginnings for Patti Stanger.

Just weeks after her
relationship with boyfriend David Krause ended, the Millionaire's Club owner and CEO announced she will be leaving Bravo after eight seasons of The Millionaire Matchmaker.

"Thank u 4 the great ride," the reality show star
wrote on Twitter Friday telling fans: "Stay tuned for exciting news as I move to a wonderful new network!"

"We loved watching Patti Stanger find love for so many people over the last 8 seasons on Bravo," a Bravo spokesperson
tells Entertainment Weekly. "We wish her the best with her new endeavors."

Despite the kind words from the network, a
Matchmaker insider tells PEOPLE there many things going on behind the scenes at the show.

"She was impossible to work with – demanding and horribly difficult," the insider tells PEOPLE about Stanger. "Plus the show was expensive to produce, and it never did well in the ratings."

Katherine Rees was charged with four meth-related felonies this week.

The 30-year-old former Miss Nevada USA, who was stripped of her crown over explicit photos in 2006, is accused of trafficking in a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act.
Rees allegedly sold drugs to someone identified as "J. Peacock" in September 2014, and was found with 5.3 grams of methamphetamine the next month. Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Joe Sciscento issued a $50,000 arrest warrant for the former beauty queen Wednesday.

Rees was previously charged with resisting arrest after a traffic violation in 2008, and and avoided drug paraphernalia and marijuana charges by pleading guilty to possession of a drug not for interstate commerce in 2012.
"I don't do drugs," she said on Australian series Border Security: Australia's Front Line after being questioned for cocaine and meth at Sydney airport in 2009. "I don't use cocaine. I don't use any kind of pill, no kind of Xanax, no anything. I don't use anything."

Super-fit Alessandra Ambrosio displays her flawless beach body in cutaway swimsuit as she's kept on her toes by her two young children

Alessandra Ambrosio proved that it's her two cute children who are keeping her young, on Friday.
The Victoria's Secret Angel, who's in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with adorable Anja and Noah, was seen pacing up and down the sand in a tiny swimsuit as she tried to keep them entertained.

And the 34-year-old seemed to be free of any wobbling woes because she looked impressively toned as she frolicked and guffawed in the water.

The mum-of-two, joined by her children as she films soap opera Verdades Secretas, revealed a hint of her toned midriff in the cleverly covered up one piece.

And while being chased by her boisterous young son, she shot a glimpse at her pert bottom where the swimsuit hugged to her lean form.

Alessandra made beach beauty look effortless and twisted the sides of her flowing chocolate locks into a clip at the back to make sure she wasn't distracted during their playful beach game.

Alessandra looked right at home in her native Brazil, having brought along her children so that she didn't miss a moment with them while she had work commitments.
The beauty has recently turned her hand to acting, after establishing herself as a catwalk model for Victoria's Secret.
She takes a lead character in the Brazilian soap opera and has already been seen filming some pretty racy scenes.

Rosie Perez Breaks Down, Calls The ViewDeparture ‘Bittersweet’

Less than a year after joining the The View, Rosie Perez has decided to step down as one of the program’s co-hosts to focus on acting.

News that Perez, 50, would be departing the show broke Tuesday after Bill Wolff, the show’s executive producer, told his staff the actress has “decided to leave the show at the conclusion of this season to pursue full time her love for acting.”
On Wednesday, Perez addressed the news after tearfully entering the studio for the last time as The Flamingos’ “Lovers Never Say Goodbye” played.
The audience gave Perez a standing ovation and co-host Raven-Symoné ran to the wings of the set to grab a box of tissues, moderator Whoopi Goldberg told Perez: “This is yours to do, so you go on ahead and do it.”

“Well, you guys all heard it: I’ve decided that it’s time to move on,” she said. “And I will say that today is very bittersweet for me.”
She continued, “I’m excited for what is to come, but I am so sad to leave … especially these two ladies,” Goldberg and Nicolle Wallace.
Perez turned to Wallace, 43, who was also crying, and said, “I want to thank you for your friendship, Nicolle, and your intelligence and your wit and your sunshine.”
Causing even stoic Goldberg, 59, to break down, she continued, “I want to thank for everything – your guidance, your professionalism and most of all your friendship. It’s a dream sitting here with you, and you are truly the captain of the ship.”
After thanking producers and staffers, she acknowledged that this job has been “such a great opportunity to be part of such an iconic show that has opened me up to a broader audience, and I will be forever grateful for that.”

“But the ones that I want to thank the most are the fans,” she said to cheers from the in-studio audience. “It warms my heart. It really does. Every time one of you guys come up to me and say, ‘I love you on The View,’ it just makes my day.”
A comedian at heart, Perez lightened the mood in her thank-you to the Latin community: “It’s a huge honor to be the first Latina on The View. What the hell took you so long?”
After a peel of laughter from everyone, she said, “Your support as a community has really helped me through this year, and I will never forget what you’ve done for me.”
Promising to continue her work for her community and women, as well as her activism for HIV/AIDS, Perez took a deep breath: “Just know that I do not have one regret coming to this show. I would do it all over again. And it’s all because of you, the fans. And please know I will continue being a friend of this show.”
With the audience chanting “Rosie! Rosie!” she added that she’ll be working with ESPN as a boxing commentator and said with a few final tears, Gracias, mi gente, por todo. Por todo, mi gente.”
Once Perez takes her final bow in August, guest co-host Michelle Collins is expected to join the show as an official co-host, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Wimbledon 2015: Richard Gasquet Crashes a Party of Three Stars

WIMBLEDON, England — One by one, the men’s quarterfinal results came in, with three favorites winning quickly and efficiently in straight sets Wednesday. But as the sun sank low, Richard Gasquet and Stan Wawrinka kept pumping their graceful one-handed backhands at each other on Centre Court. The light was fading, as was perhaps some of the players’ energy, but not their will to survive, and not the crowd’s reactions, which alternated between focused silence and enormous
outbursts on
virtually every point in a protracted fifth set.
Without the benefit of a tiebreaker in the deciding set, the two men played on until the 20th game, when Gasquet finally broke Wawrinka’s serve to win, 6-4, 4-6, 3-6, 6-4, 11-9, in the only thriller of the day. But what a thriller it was.

Total killed by the Zaria bomb blast on Tuesday has risen to 25

Sahara Reporters confirms that the total killed by the Zaria bomb blast on Tuesday has risen to 25. The deaths reported include a two-year old child.
Samuel Arwan, spokesperson for Kaduna State Governor El-Rufai, reported in a statement that an additional 32 people suffered injuries. They are being treated at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital.

The number of deaths has increased from earlier reports that 20 people were killed in the bombing, which occurred at the Secretariat of the Sabon Gari Local Government Council.
The official count was announced after Governor El-Rufai made a speech at the scene of the attack condemning the acts of terror and praying for the victims.
According to the statement, “[El-Rufai] urged the people of Kaduna State as a whole to be vigilant, even as they preserve the peace. The Governor said residents of the State should promptly report all suspicious persons and activities to the security agencies and community leaders.” Extra security measures would be taken throughout the State, the Governor said, and residents should take caution in their daily lives.

The report also said the Governor will announce further steps to strengthen security in the area over the next few days.

Soccer-U.S and Japan unchanged, Wambach starts on bench

The United States and Japan named unchanged starting lineups for their Women's World Cup final clash at BC Place on Sunday.
U.S coach Jill Ellis left all-time top scorer Abby Wambach on the bench for the third straight game and started with Alex Morgan as a lone striker.
The 35-year-old Wambach has said Sunday's game will be her last World Cup match and her future beyond the final is unclear.

Captain Carli Lloyd is likely to be given an attacking midfield role with licence roam forward in support of Morgan.
Japan coach Norio Sasaki will again play a fluid version of 4-4-2 with playmaker Aya Miyami starting on the left flank and Nahomi Kawasumi on the right.
Striker Shinobu Ohno, who has yet to score in the tournament, will again lead the line although 'supersub' Mana Iwabuchi has frequently featured as a second-half replacement.
Japan's own veteran star, the 36-year-old Homare Sawa, starts on the bench.
