Just weeks after her relationship with boyfriend David Krause ended, the Millionaire's Club owner and CEO announced she will be leaving Bravo after eight seasons of The Millionaire Matchmaker.
"Thank u 4 the great ride," the reality show star wrote on Twitter Friday telling fans: "Stay tuned for exciting news as I move to a wonderful new network!"
"We loved watching Patti Stanger find love for so many people over the last 8 seasons on Bravo," a Bravo spokesperson tells Entertainment Weekly. "We wish her the best with her new endeavors."
Despite the kind words from the network, a Matchmaker insider tells PEOPLE there many things going on behind the scenes at the show.
"She was impossible to work with – demanding and horribly difficult," the insider tells PEOPLE about Stanger. "Plus the show was expensive to produce, and it never did well in the ratings."
